Included High-Temp Temperature Probe
This kit includes the base VersaTile device as well as a high-temp temperature probe. The temperature probe has a 5' cord and is compatible with the number 2 yellow socket on the VersaTile device. It has a -5 to 950 degrees Fahrenheit temperature range and is perfect for monitoring high-heat applications between 200 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. While this probe is capable of low-temperature monitoring, it's recommended for high-heat applications only. The low-temp probe should be used for lower-temperature applications (sold separately). The VersaTile itself should be mounted in areas with temperatures between -10 and 160 degrees Fahrenheit, while this temperature probe can be installed in equipment or environments up to 950 degrees Fahrenheit. 1 hook and loop closure and 2 adhesive cable management netting ties are included. These netting ties are not oven / high-temperature safe and should only be used for cable management outside of the oven. High-heat foil tape (sold separately) can be used to secure the probe inside warming equipment, an oven, or other hot locations.
Convenient Design
The small footprint takes up minimal space, while the convenient adhesive mounting hanger makes it easy to attach the device to a wall without the need for tools. For added mounting versatility, VersaTile also comes equipped with slots for cable tie mounting and a keyhole slot. The cable tie slots can be used around poles, tubes, or other non-flat surfaces, while the keyhole slot can be used with a wall anchor (sold separately). The VersaTile device allows you to set minimum and maximum thresholds for various parameters, ensuring optimal conditions for your equipment and preventing potential issues. This device features scheduled syncing when using its two long-lasting AA lithium batteries (included). Battery life depends on a variety of factors such as WiFi strength, ambient temperature, and customizable sync settings. Expect up to 1+ years of battery life with default settings.
Real-Time Syncing
To monitor real-time data, plug the VersaTile into a USB-C AC adapter (USB-C cord not included). This will not charge the device, but it does provide an optional continuous power source for when the device is installed in a hard-to-reach location that makes replacing the battery inconvenient.

The probe wire does not allow the fridge door to seal properly. Put a light in the ridge, shut the door and you can see plenty of light on eiither side of the probe wire. Recommend making a flat and not round probe wire. Make this product usless.

Users can expect up to 1+ years of battery life depending on settings, WiFi connection, and the temperature in which the VersaTile is installed. Battery life begins to diminish when stored below 15 degrees Fahrenheit. Because of this, it is recommended that the device be installed in ambient temperatures. Active alarms will also diminish battery life if left ignored for long periods of time.
